My name is Vicki Wick, and I am 74 years old and had a hip replacement. My orthopedic doctor set me up with Aviator. Matt Hancock was my inhome therapist, and I could not have had a better therapist. He was firm, but very encouraging and understanding. You can tell that he really cares about his patients. Because of his guidance, I am almost back to my normal self 8 weeks later. I have just finished 6 week PT therapy with Aviator for a Total Knee Replacement. My husband and I commend Dan and Jennifer for their professionalism and knowledge. They both were a pleasure to work with. I have progressed very well and do not believe it would have been possible without their direction. Husband said that Jennifer should get a raise!!
Disappointing home health care, can’t get their schedules straight for nurses, call me the wrong name constantly, show up a day 1/2 late for my labs for infectious disease that’s on an extremely tight schedule & not know how to pull labs on a Picc line! I have requested a completely different home health from here on out! No one in the office can return a call no matter how important it is! I've worked with 3 good Home Health Companys (4 all together)and Aviator is at the top of the list. They have raised the bar on professionalism and compassion for patients in ways I've not experienced with other companies. As a Nurse it means the world when your employer cares as much about the patients as you do.
