Theoretical knowledge is great but APS goes much further – they let you experience first-hand all aspects of aircraft upsets, at all altitudes and flight parameters. Muscle memory is much stronger and long lasting; personal experience outweighs any theoretical discussion and analysis. It is an irreplaceable experience to personally go through and successfully recover from any kind of aircraft upset. I know it will stay with me for a very long time. Nevertheless, I am already … See more

Superior knowledge, instruction and execution. As a former military pilot, I know these guys have the right package and delivery systems in place to educate and promote the precise processes that many pilots may have missed in their early instruction and careers. It’s my second time to attend the course and it only gets better with experience. Also, as a corporate jet pilot nowadays, I left feeling like I was a pilot again. Well done APS. Thanks Monty, you were fantastic. And… See more

Did the 3-day, 4-hop jet course last month. Learned a LOT, and had a ball. 1st class operation all the way. Positive, upbeat attitude from everyone: BJ (the CEO), Cierra at the front desk, OP, one of the best instructors I've ever flown with, and the anonymous line guy helping me strap into the parachute harness before every flight. Consistent, professional training that you hope you'll never have to use, but it's another tool in my toolbox after nearly 19,000 hours of flying.

Truly some of the best training I’ve received as a pilot. APS is a professional organization that will teach you the Upset Recovery Strategy to save your life! Big shout out to Monty, Schwimmer, Manu and OP for sharing their expertise and experiences with others. Contact Faye, Gladis, or Cierra; they’ll set you up for some outstanding training!
