Wow…after reading that one star screed; it sure sounds like nobody was willing to bow, scrape and grovel on his command. How sad… In truth, we all know people like that. If you are looking for hassle, endless excuses of non-performance, constant need for communication, constant need to remind a business to follow through with what they said they are going to do, then this is the company for you! I had been in contact with Tracey Martin in the Frederick MD office for the past 6 months or so. She helped me with a few different policies. Her pricing was aggressive in the market with access to policies my other previous broker did not have access to. She was always available, or got back to me fast. Extremely knowledgeable and just terrific customer service. Highly recommend.
