Very popular community at Aviara, nice condos in a good central location (walking distance to the Twisted Lime Pub 🍻). As others have mentioned the parking is limited with only so many guest spots although the three bedroom units have very spacious garages.
Management does not care for the complex. Parking is the worst. Do not move here
