Very bad move out experience, Yes energy management overcharged and they credited my money to aviara property management, I called them on phone and sent multiple emails, they dont want to refund my money. Hope property manager is aware of this.
Very popular community at Aviara, nice condos in a good central location (walking distance to the Twisted Lime Pub 🍻). As others have mentioned the parking is limited with only so many guest spots although the three bedroom units have very spacious garages.
