I've lived here for many years and really enjoy the location and management of the building. One of the best parts of the Aviara are the maintenance guys, Alex and Rowland, who respond to inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. The building is clean and secure and things get fixed fast!
From a current resident (who is actively trying to get out of there lease) This has been, without question, one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. For the amount of rent charged, I expected a clean, secure, and professionally managed community. Instead, I’ve experienced the opposite. The building and courtyard have frequently been poorly maintained, and while improvements have occasionally been made, they have come far too late and only after long periods of neglect. Alex and Brody are knowledgeable, kind and efficient!! We've lived here 3 years and anytime we have a problem they are prompt to solve the situation!! Highly recommend them!!
Future residents beware! We declined the rental of unit 342 at Aviara Apartments as there is NO ONSITE MANAGEMENT (read the existing Google Review of a new resident with issues moving in and keyless apartment entry not working). On our self-guided tour of the apartment we discovered these issues: guest bathroom toilet was missing the tank lid, kitchen sink had backed up and was full of dried debris, balcony door lock did not work and the balcony was dirty, the windows in the apartment were not clean.
