Alex and Brody are knowledgeable, kind and efficient!! We've lived here 3 years and anytime we have a problem they are prompt to solve the situation!! Highly recommend them!!
Future residents beware! We declined the rental of unit 342 at Aviara Apartments as there is NO ONSITE MANAGEMENT (read the existing Google Review of a new resident with issues moving in and keyless apartment entry not working). On our self-guided tour of the apartment we discovered these issues: guest bathroom toilet was missing the tank lid, kitchen sink had backed up and was full of dried debris, balcony door lock did not work and the balcony was dirty, the windows in the apartment were not clean. Alex and Brody are the best. We are fortunate to have them looking after us. They do more than anybody to make sure our experience at the Aviara is a great one
