Alex and Brody are the best. We are fortunate to have them looking after us. They do more than anybody to make sure our experience at the Aviara is a great one
I am very impressed and thankful to Maintenance technician Brandon and Ruben, they did a really good job resolving my issue(s), very professional, explained to me what might of happen and fixed all the issues with the AC unit and air duct, was very impressed and thankful for their service.
Don't apply for this apartment! If I could, I would give a zero score. The price listed on their website is misleading. They will suddenly increase the rent once you apply. When I applied, the rent was listed as $1,984, and I was informed of the same amount during my inquiry. After submitting my application and paying a $348 holding deposit, I received the lease with a rent increase to $2,049. This change was never communicated beforehand. Brody and Alex at the Aviara Mercer Island are fantastic! They are so quick to respond to tenant questions and needs. They’re friendly and very approachable. They get things done right away. Kudos to the two of them they make living here that much more pleasant!!
