Very helpful and super nice staff. Everyone there is down-to-earth and easy to talk to. I went there for a delivery, and the whole team treated me with respect and made the process smooth and fast. Really appreciate their professionalism and positive attitude. Highly recommended!

Se dicen muchas cosas negativas en cuanto al servicio de pasajeros de la aerolínea Avianca, en lo personal e volado varias veces y siempre recibí un excelente trato en todos los viajes, y en cuanto al servicio de carga también me a ido super bien al momento de entregar los paquetes, atención muy cordial por parte de todo el personal.
