Slowest airport ever! They take forever to process paperwork. You will wait hours. I’ve never been to an airport that takes this long! It is ridiculous! They have a line system that they don’t even use.
It's disrespectful to the customer. They talk nonstop at the counter, and you wait up to 50 minutes to be served. You go to the WHS, After arriving at the gate to unload, you spend another four hours waiting because, according to the supervisor, he was told to prioritize destinations. My cargo was over 14,000 kg, which would have meant a substantial increase in revenue for this airline. But the employees don't appreciate this, even if you tell them.
