En la oficina las chicas son muuuy eficientes, pero en la bodega es donde se pierde la calidad del servicio. No tienen orden, no asignan las puertas por medio de la aplicación, si eres amigo del supervisor y le traes café y croquetas te atienden primer … en fin Tengan paciencia para esperar

OMG. I waited 4 hours for a package and had to scan my ID into two different machines. Then had to get a letter of release from the company I was picking up from. Staff was aloof, they were laughing and having a great time which is fine if things are going well. Definitely don’t recommend them.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this experience with Avianca Cargo – Counter Service was extremely frustrating. The staff do not properly review or even read the documents before processing. They fail to check if everything is ready, which causes unnecessary delays and confusion. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable in cargo operations. On top of that, the service is extremely slow. The entire process felt disorganized and inefficient, wasting valuable time. Very helpful and super nice staff. Everyone there is down-to-earth and easy to talk to. I went there for a delivery, and the whole team treated me with respect and made the process smooth and fast. Really appreciate their professionalism and positive attitude. Highly recommended!
