Dr. was very knowledgeable and the staff great!
Been going to Dr. Jeanne Smith for my birds for the last 11 years. Melody is so very kind, extremely patient with my “worry wart personality” when calling her for advice and or to make an appointment. There are those VERY SPECIAL VETS that you have throughout your lifetime to care for your pets, that is who Dr. Jeanne Smith clearly is with me. Thank You Everyone at Avian Health Services/Avian and Exotic Animal Services so very much.
The staff are very personable, compationate and take care to address the issue or corncern
I asked them to send medication, and they sent the wrong one — not the first time this has happened. On top of that, I was charged $70 for shipping, and it still arrived three days late. That’s unacceptable, especially when it involves something as important as medication. The doctor is great, but the front office is clearly struggling, and it’s getting hard to trust the process when mistakes keep repeating.
