A Doctor with a Heart! I took my rabbit there for treatment and tho, bunny wasn't strong enough to fully recover with treatment, I feel like she was giving the best care possible. Dr Greg has a very big heart & full of compassion! Thanks to Dr Greg & his staff for all their care.
Greatest Avian Vet EVER! I have three birds. Two paralyzed cockatiels and one INSANE Caique.Dr. Rich has always uses his best judgement, employing all means necessary, in order to, insure the health of my pets. His depth of concern, and willingness to to go the extra mile, has gained my full confidence, concerning his integrity and ability.
JH Booth West Esplanade Veterinary Clinic is the only Exotic Clinic in the area. they are truly the best goup of dedicated professionals who not only know how to care for your rabbit, bird, rat, ferret etc but will whoer your pet with love.
A Little Different Vet! This Veterinary Clinic is a little different because they cater to exotics such as Birds and small animals. The vets are always willing to help your animal in any way they can. The staff is friendly and considerate. Bird owners will especially love this vet group because he has a beautiful green parrot right there in the reception area, who will greet you and make you very welcomed.
horrible vet The veterinarian is the worst. He is ugly to his customers if they do not want multiple expensive tests done on their animals over and over, before he will prescribe a simple antibiotic. Problem is, that he used to prescribe an antibiotic without insisting on multiple expensive and unnecessary testing.
Dr. Rich and staff are the best! Dr. Rich and his staff are the ABSOLUTE BEST you can find for your pet bird or exotic pet. They offer the most amazing care you could ask for your pet. Dr. Rich (and Dr. Pence too) take a very methodical approach ruling things out without while treating the symptoms. Some vets might be eager to put a name to an illness by doing costly tests and biopsies, that has never happened with Dr. Rich.
