We brought our 21 year old cockatiel and our 15 year old Meyer's parrot in to the office. Neither of them stranger-friendly. I was ready for a "bird battle". We were very impressed with Dr. Zellner. Our birds were instantly at ease with her and her staff. The birds let her "poke and prod" everywhere. I've never, ever seen them that calm with anyone else but us. Dr. Z is a true animal lover and healer. Medically, the treatment at A&AH is excellent. You also never wait long, and are never rushed. She holds high expectations for her staff and her other veterinarians. Everyone is top-notch, and they respect your knowledge of your pet. Dr. Zellner and her staff are great people. They truly love their "patients" and treat their parents like family lol!! Seriously Dr. Zellner saved our Jazzy's life and we are so very thankful for her. We recommend Avian to all our friends and family!
