Don’t work here they don’t treat their employees right
It always happens. After a long period on hold, they pick up or answer the phone and mute it, so you have to call again after a long wait. Horrible. It is impossible to speak with customer service. They should monitor that closely. It's been months doing that; it has to be the same customer service person.
