When the building gets AC like it was advertised as having, I’d probably change this to 5 stars. But until then the portable unit they gave me is loud, bulky, and my peace’s number one enemy. Also my cat hates it. But I must say Kevin and Zach who run the day to day ops are amazing, so it all does just depend on your patience and level of noise/heat tolerance!
From Hotel to Apartment. New renovation building is already 5 stars rating, but if we include the staffs, it will be higher than 5 stars. They are so awesome and helpful. With Zach and Kevin, this apartment will be so successful.
Super friendly and helpful management, Mark helped me unload my uhaul when i first moved in, and helped me get set up with some furniture from when the building used to be a hotel. Really helped my move in process! Kevin has also been great with communication and answering questions i had. Nice gym too
