We recently enjoyed a three night stay here prior to joining a cruise. Check in was quick and easy, our room wasn’t quite ready so we were provided with a F&B credit so we could enjoy a drink while waiting, which was a nice touch, the room was actually ready before we’d even finished our drink. Our room was a King Deluxe located at the front of the hotel on the third floor. The room was very clean and very spacious, big sofa, lots of storage, good size bathroom, with a huge shower. Our family with young kids had a amazing stay at the Hyatt Centric Hotel in downtown Long Beach, CA. Hotel was clean, well kept, and in a great location. Right in the middle of an outdoor outlet mall, restaurants and close to the cruise ship ports. What made the experience over the top was the service we got from the staff especially David at the front counter. Rooms were a great size, modern and very clean. The locations as excellent on the Pike Outlets and a walking distance to the shoreline village and promenade. Costumer service was very seamless and we were well taken care of.
