Melody Porter is a GREAT manager. The Avia on Alpha APARTMENTS is where I’ve lived for 2 years and I love it here. Melody has been patient, kind, professional a lot of the residents here. We speak about her all the time. She always does her best to help us residents. The apartment community itself - all the amenities are great and it’s clean. The maintenance man Billy has came here and had fixed everybody's things that needed to be fixed. Thanks to him. I'm glad we have them both.
Billy & melody are great very professional, on time, always dog above & beyond for the property, very skillful & knows what they are doing & care about the property & the residents
They don't answer the phone ever. 3 different numbers linked to the complex and never have connected to them
Allowed me to break my lease for free, and is now trying to charge me $1,250 because Melody “finally got a response” from her manager. You told me I could move out for free due to reasonable accommodation. You don’t get to change your mind on this, legally, and I will be seeking legal assistance on the matter. They are incredibly difficult to get ahold of, and maintenance likes to lie and say they came into your apartment to fix something, despite my indoor cameras showing they never been accessed my apartment.
Administración, mantenimiento y apartamentos no buenos para mudarse, las condiciones no son las mejores ya que fuman y no tienen ventanas es decir no abre ninguna.
