RecommendedWe moved to AL a year ago, and though it was scary choosing a new place to live in a new part of the country, the staff at Avia made this an easy decision. They were extremely hospitable and welcoming. Yes, the rent and expenses are much higher than other apartment facilities, but you get what you pay for. The amenities and staff are worth it. I just moved into Avia Apartments over this weekend, and i truly love it. The staff is amazing! Jennifer and Ashley truly have made me LOVE my home. Avia is a true community.
We were tennants of Treetop for several years before Arrlington bought it. We received a friendly notice about all the "exciting new changes". Little did we know that those "changes" didn't include us. About a month later we received a notice that our lease would not be renewed and we have to leave the property. Lucky for us, there was a typo on the date we had to be out so it gave us a little more time. In their defense, they did honor the notice that we received. Previous Tree Top resident. The 5 star reviews here are from staff members. This company and staff are inconsiderate and care nothing for the families displaced. The level of "help" or "care" they claimed to provide to displaced families came in the form of being handed pamphlets for apts 2 to 3 times more than the rent we were paying while living at Tree Top. My family and I were given 3 mos to leave.
These people have no regard for anyone. They uprooted so many families and didn't give any of us a fair chance. My kids had a horrible time adjusting to our $3000 move. We had to live in total chaos while renovations were going on, having to pick up everyones trash. Throwing air conditioners over the side of the building while my kids played outside.
