AVI in Norwalk, CT is the best audiological clinic I have used in my 15 years of impaired hearing. The office setting is very well appointed, Marlene, the receptionist, charming and friendly, and Irene, the Instruments Specialist, unusually competent; she is attentive, patient, caring, and exceptionnally intelligent and knowledgeable. I recommend her unreservedly. In my opinion, she is among the very best in the profession.

I have been seeing Dr. Bauman’s for several years and can attest to his professionalism as well as his in-depth knowledge about how the human ear works and when required how best to enhance Is patient’s hearing by utilizing the latest in hearing aids technology — thus improving quality of one’s life. To Dr. Bauman’s credit he happens to be credited with adding to the field a widely used and an important revolutionary hearing aid design. I was recommended to Dr. Irene from a friend and at the first appointment the difference in the testing from a previous Dr. I had gone to showed me they had a better understanding of my needs, it was a very personal experience. Dr. Irene then explained the results to my wife and I in a way that my wife was able to understand what I had been going through with my hearing. A plan was developed and we are currently working through with great results.
