Dear Manager Lori, I want to thank you and the Doctor for waiving my $65 service fee because I was just there a week ago because my hearing aids were not working properly and Bob just fixed the left one. When I came home the right one had no green light on it and I had to go back again and he said it was dead and he had to send it to the manufacturer to be repaired or get a new one. Dr. Katz was absolutely fantastic, very concerned about recommending the best aids for me, thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable.
AVI in Norwalk, CT is the best audiological clinic I have used in my 15 years of impaired hearing. The office setting is very well appointed, Marlene, the receptionist, charming and friendly, and Irene, the Instruments Specialist, unusually competent; she is attentive, patient, caring, and exceptionnally intelligent and knowledgeable. I recommend her unreservedly. In my opinion, she is among the very best in the profession.
