While I appreciate your 10 paragraph response to my review that you were able to generate within about an hour of my last review. It’s been (4) days a total of about 96 hours and i STILL don’t have a quote. One auctions has ALREADY closed and the other closes tomorrow…excellent work there Lou… Don’t recommend.
Apparently they expect you to just hope shipping isn’t an arm and a leg as no one apparently responds to your repeated requests for a simple quote. Edit: This was the THIRD time i emailed you with my complete address AND the full item description. Should I also give you the item dimension's and weight?

I met the team in Cleveland Ohio. They were staying at a B&B next to us. Well their unit flooded and they were told to take ours so it was a conundrum for a minute. This is when I met the team and found a way for them to stay and not have to move. They were so thankful and appreciative.
