My nurse Dalvir is fantastic! Never have I ever felt seen and heard as a patient before. She always knows how to calm me down right before blood draws and is gentle with her work on dressing changes. I appreciate her and everyone else on the team for being able to accommodate to my needs no matter what!
Today I started my journey to better health. My nurse, Janette Vega arrived promptly at 9am. I was very nervous considering I opted to do my infusions at home. She walked me through the steps with the utmost patience. She's very thorough. That'll always a good sign! I was pleasantly surprised that she'll be back to get me up to speed and I'll be able to go solo soon. My overall experience was nothing short of stellar. I felt I was in very good hands. I had never experienced an infusion in my home. Nervous and wondering what I would do with these strangers coming into my home for four plus hours. My nervousness was quickly abated by Marco and Priscilla. Their easy going professionalism was reassuring.
