I HAVE VISITED MY FRIEND AND THIS PLACE IS VERY UNCLEAN AND UNKEPT. THE pictures of the property is nothing like it really is today. The hallway looks slum like. The floors look like they need to be replaced. The bathroom toilet are low. You almost would fall to sit. Theres tarp on all the roofs. I once had to park across yhe street for parking. Had my car impounded because I parked in a space.. at that time there was only 3 spaces for visitors. And once I came on mothers day.. in for 50 min came out my car had been towed. I... read more

Been living here since 2012. The management & ownerships have been pure trash!! They are quick to charge rent money, but slow to fix anything! It's outrageous! I recall a young Hispanic male working for Optivo Group whom has had a colostomy surgery. He was fired by that team for supposedly 'poor performance!' He had all the messages fon his phone from his managers congratulating him on great efforts, however, he has been discriminated against! SHAME ON THEM!! I have lived here for almost 6 years. It is was great until the new management took over. The pool has been down since the summer. The buildings are falling apart. If you call maintenance to fix something in the apartment they find away to put the blame on you to charge for the repair. The office never picks up the phone, you leave a message and never get a call back. If you go out after 9pm you will not find any parking.
