I have had Prime Properties as my management company since I acquired my TX property in 2007. Without a doubt they are the BEST. I have owned rental property since 1955 and I only wish that I could clone them to handle the properties that I have in other states. Prompt friendly competent quality service; they offer suggestions and I make my decision, which is usually what they suggest. I have never been steered wrong. I trust them to have both my and my tenants welfare as guiding principles.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU'LL NEVER GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!!! we rented a property from Prime Properties for a year and after we moved out they made up some bogus charges: - Cleaning $325 (we fully cleaned the house after moving out) - Carpet cleaning $800 (I cleaned the carpet using a carpet cleaner myself!) - Lawn service $200 (I hired a landscaping company 3 days before moving out) - Sink basket $8 (the sink never had a sink basket to begin with and I bought one myself! ) - Paining bolts $73 (sure there we... read more
I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! I rented from them for over 2 years and after the second time they increased my rent without notifying me, I had enough. I attempted to discuss signing a new extended lease for lower rent and one of the co-owners told me to type up a proposal and when I did he informed me they didn't do extended leases. Difficult to work with. Bad attitude toward tenants and charge high, unnecessary fees.
