I moved here in 2021 and it has gone downhill since then. All of the other reviews are accurate. After the hurricanes every unit in my building besides me and the unit below me was told they had to vacate because the building was being "condemned." I asked about my unit and if I was able to break my lease due to leaks/mold and a giant crack through my ceiling and I was told I wasn't able to do that and I had to fulfill my lease. I have never seen a more dysfunctional unkempt complex. Two years there and never once was either pool clean enough to risk swimming. Countless months pools were not even open. The buildings are dismal and ugly in appearance. The stove, refrigerator, counter tops, bathroom vanity, sink, shower and toilet are worn and outdated. The toilet never had a water shut off valve. THE WORST
Still waiting on my 100.00 refund. It's been 2 weeks now. And now my calls are being forwarded. Scam? Seems like it. I will update if I get my money. Angela is not professional at all. Update day 15 still no refund. I tried calling the office no one picked up. Please don't say contact us to work it out. Already tried that . Just give me my refund.. I'll will keep updating till I get my refund.
This place is horrible, I wouldn’t recommend. The office management is unprofessional, they barely answer the phone. Angela laughs at serious situations and when asked to speak to somebody above her she tries to speak for that person. Neighbors play music until the next morning, the laundry takes all your money and still can’t use it, the maintenance people are rude and lazy with special privileges.
