HORRIBLE SERVICE when you call them they answer team don’t have any information to assist you with application or scheduling a tour or anything the people only contact you through email in you can’t get anyone to contact you if you barely can through anyone I can only imagine what the residents go through to contact them about maintenance issues and everything
The people in the office are awesome and really nice , Angela and Paul are always courteous and knowledgeable with any questions I may have, thank you!
I cannot speak for the apartments themselves, but if the Crossing management team is any indication of the positive changes this complex is making, I would say they are a keeper. Angela at Crossings @ 66th went above and beyond for my family attempting to verify for a non respondent management company of an address I resided at for eight years. I moved here in 2021 and it has gone downhill since then. All of the other reviews are accurate. After the hurricanes every unit in my building besides me and the unit below me was told they had to vacate because the building was being "condemned." I asked about my unit and if I was able to break my lease due to leaks/mold and a giant crack through my ceiling and I was told I wasn't able to do that and I had to fulfill my lease.
