Angela and Paul were amazing, however, I canceled my application within hours of applying because I was approved elsewhere and they company kept my $50 application fee and $100 admin fee. Paul told me that the $100 hold fee will be refunded to my debit card. I just feel like canceling within an hour or two of applying should allow for the admin fee to be refunded since nothing was really done. The application fee, I understand. We lived there for almost a year. During that year we had rats, squirrels in the apartment, roof problems resulting on the roof caving in during the hurricane. We lost everything. My mom's apartment had leaks and the building shifted and was unsafe to be in and they have people living in that building. They are a very irresponsible company.
Before you move in please be advise the management company is a liar and let me move in to the apartment Thats was painted everywhere to cover up damages. Termites coming out walls and me having my roof collapsed after I called and put in multiple maintenance requests After moving out they didn’t want me to pay anything and just told me Im free of the fees and I can just move out they don’t have another unit. HORRIBLE SERVICE when you call them they answer team don’t have any information to assist you with application or scheduling a tour or anything the people only contact you through email in you can’t get anyone to contact you if you barely can through anyone I can only imagine what the residents go through to contact them about maintenance issues and everything
The people in the office are awesome and really nice , Angela and Paul are always courteous and knowledgeable with any questions I may have, thank you!
