The staff at Avesta helped us in so many ways. They're always there when you need them. Patti's suggestions saved our association so much money. I give them an A+
Avesta management is unprofessional and does not do their due diligence investigating issues rather they jump to conclusions, and treat residents inconsistently. I pay good money in association dues for this company to manage the property, not to be constantly watched and harassed for any reported infraction without validation of the claims or being contradictory as in not being the only or most egregious violation when reported.
