The staff are so great and understanding and will help in any way they can .I highly recommend anyone to live here very quite and friendly neighbors are welcoming .big apartments and very comfortable also has security gates front and back gate coded which I love and very easy to use .so come one come all your gonna love living here

I only gave a 1 rating because there isnt an option to give a 0. These apartments are one of the worst places to live in the Temple Terrace area. The walls are extremely thin because they removed the carpet and replaced the floors with tile. I can hear everything in the neighbors house below me and to the side of me as well. The apartment is always shutting off the water at random times without prior notice. To top it off, the water bill gets higher each month. The water has been off three times in the last month with no notice.. The front gate barely works and the back gate is always propped open halfway.. THESE APARTMENTS ARE ALSO TERRIBLY NOISY you can hear everything in the parkinglot at night. And even the downstairs neighbors because their floors are tile and they echo any noise that is avail. These apartments are not worth half of the money they are asking...

The water has been off three times in the last month with no notice.. The front gate barely works and the back gate is always propped open halfway..
