If I could a zero I would. They need to change their name to Rats R US! Rats are infested in these old run down apartments. And people blasting there music all hours of the night and drinking! Terrible and disgusting place to live.
This place is over priced,when I first moved in I had a river of poop and everything else coming back up very unsanitary,I couldn't use my bathroom for months because they couldn't properly handle that I had to go to McDonald's to use there restroom they then decided to let us use an empty apartments restroom that multiple people were also using!The maintenance in this place is horrible they don't take the time to properly fix things the correct way I had mold in multiple areas in my apartment and they would only spray over ... read more
The maintenance team is wonderful and addresses the problem quickly and in a fashionable matter. Aldi is in the office is great with answering questions and concerns.
Since being here I’ve noticed over the last 6 months some changes with the staff and the structure of the complex, maintenance requests being handled in a timely manner, any pest control issues are being handled when requested, trash……i see being picked up by the maintenance staff daily. While I don’t think some of the residents respect the neighborhood I do see efforts being made to make living here better.
I just want to say how amazing Adri has been! She’s always so nice, helpful, and really takes care of any issues I’ve had. Recently I had an electrical problem in my apartment and she sent Jarol, the maintenance tech, right away. He fixed it quickly and did a great job. Honestly, Adri has made living here such a good experience—I really appreciate everything she’s done. Big thanks to Adri and Jarol!
