I just moved in and was going to put 3 stars due to problems with the apartment, however I’m putting 5 stars because I have been messaging Keyonna the apartment manager and she had things handled in a timely manner. She and the maintenance crew are excellent and have gone above and beyond to make sure me and my families needs are met. A nice place to live for the price of rent!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This property has been one of the worst places I’ve ever lived. There have been ongoing issues with rats and roaches, and it’s common to see people drinking, using drugs, and blasting loud music at all hours—especially late at night. It doesn’t feel like a safe or peaceful place to live. There are also serious maintenance problems.
