The manager Mila has been extremely helpful and personable and has worked to solve any issues we’ve had expeditiously. I have never needed to wait more than an hour or two before maintenance was dispatched to address any concerns and their communication has been very clear and timely.
I have been here for 5 years. Aqua Bay is a great place to live. I love my neighbors. Very quiet and nice. Any issues you have are solved quickly. I would highly recommend Aqua Bay Apts. The office and maintence staff are very courteous and always available.
Aqua bay is a great place to live. It is a very quite complex with nice amenities, spacious units, and excellent personal that help you with all your problems very quickly. I would definitely recommend renting here!
Be careful!! Their listed prices are not accurate to the actual price of the apartment. The 2 bedroom (not a very good floor plan, very tight and cramped) was listed at $1800 on the website and when I was touring the place I was informed by the woman that the $1800 does NOT include any utilities. The cost was $1941 after utilities (not including WiFi and electric). I also explained to her my budget and that I was looking for the $1800 one and she did NOT mention the additional costs.
