Aqua bay is a great place to live. It is a very quite complex with nice amenities, spacious units, and excellent personal that help you with all your problems very quickly. I would definitely recommend renting here!
Be careful!! Their listed prices are not accurate to the actual price of the apartment. The 2 bedroom (not a very good floor plan, very tight and cramped) was listed at $1800 on the website and when I was touring the place I was informed by the woman that the $1800 does NOT include any utilities. The cost was $1941 after utilities (not including WiFi and electric). I also explained to her my budget and that I was looking for the $1800 one and she did NOT mention the additional costs. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I’ve never had a worse experience living anywhere. My neighbors tried to get into my apartment twice, and there’s no security whatsoever. The apartment they gave me had a hole in the roof, which caused flooding every time it rained, and it took months before management even bothered to fix it.
