Holding my deposit hostage!!!! Lived here for 6 years.Paid my rent on time. My unit flooded 3times. Someone busted out my foyer glass and shot at the back windows Management is horrible just like the other companies . Stay far away from this community.The owners think that they are clever. Hiring a new Management company every so often. This tactic will by them more time for repairs . Anytime a new Management company comes on the scene the tenants must give Management 30 days to repair any issues to units. I've always wonder... read more
James the supervisor helped me with my move in and had personally took on almost every work order I've had since move in within a timely manner even going as far as coming by after hours to ensure the work was done and followed up with a text a week later to make sure the fix is still holding up. Great Maintenance Team!
COMPLETE SCAM !! Do not apply to live here ! Crystal in the leasing office is a complete joke. They took my money telling me the administration fee is non refundable which is stated no where on the application. They called the police on me after they thought they was telling me my $300 dollars was non refundable to try to get me trespass so I wouldn’t come to try to get my money back. lol! These people must think that everybody living here are millionaires because we all pay a high utility bill equivalent to a home owner!!!!! We might as well own tge apartments!!!!! My advice is, unless you prefer to pay a high utility bill, don't move here!!!!! Just recently, property management has announced that we will have to pay a $50.00 deposit for a key to use the amenities in this place, including the laundry room facilities.
