All of my maintenance requests were taken care of quickly and I was home for a couple of them. They were very nice and respectful. Once I went to the dumpster and before I could get out of my car one of the maintenance men came over and took my trash and put it in the dumpster for me. It was nice.
I just moved into Bay Crossing, and it has been a great experience from day one. Ms. Artavia , she works in the office, is wonderful and a wealth of information. I must have asked her over 20 questions that first day and another 10 before I moved in, but she patiently answered every question I asked. My apartment is perfect and the office staff made sure it was ready for me to move into. I am still new here, but I have no complaints. I think I am going to be very happy here.
My tour guide was Zaida and she was very knowledgeable, sweet, and very kind. She even told me about all of their specials to try to help me save more money. I like that they have two laundry rooms for the small apts that don't have washers and dryers. She really did her best to accommodate my budget (I am retired). Even though it was above my price range, Zaida made me feel like a regular person. She didn't rush me out and was very honest about the application process. I just recently moved into Bay Crossing and I'm extremely happy with my choice! The office staff are very nice, helpful and make you feel right at home. Maintenance is only a click away and they are very thorough. It is a very peaceful and serene setting. I would highly recommend it.
