Best speciality coffee in Oshawa (possibly in Ontario) for the coffee lovers. They offer a wide variety of beans and drinks I have not found in any other coffee shop in the area. I highly recommend this coffee shop for the coffee fanatic like myself.

This is the best place to go for coffee beans in Oshawa. They've got a good selection of single origins and blends. And all their coffee is sourced from operations that respect the population of birds, hence the name of the café. Remember to bring back your empty bag, and you get 5% off your next purchase of beans!
We visited Oshawa from Midland/Lafontaine Ontario and decided to stop at Aves on the way to the Peony Festival. The Barista was sweet and we chatted with her for a while during a quiet period. The oatmilk vanilla latte was amazing and tasted like crème brule. Once we were at the festival we happened to find their booth. The owners were very pleasant and proudly shared their initiatives to help regenerate bird populations, not only in the rainforest but also here, in Canada.
