Charged our church $600.00 to calk all the screw heads on our metal roof. Came, got on roof and walked around looking for screws not called and only did them. Had leaks still and after repeated calls still has not showed up. Several times he promised to come but never showed. Do not recommend this company.

After 3000 dollars, my roof still leaks in the spot that I called this company to repair. I left several messages after and my phone call has yet to be returned.

Called Avery to get a roof inspection after a leak was detected. I was advised that they had a $40.00 service call fee that would be returned if I used them for the repair or replacement work. This is a bit out of the industry standard, but I agreed to this. They showed up, examined the roof and told me the original roof valley was not installed correctly and would need to be replaced at a cost of $3500.00, or they could repair it for about $400.00.
