Christian and his crew are AMAZING!!!! Called him up and the next day he was here giving me a great price to remove 9 giant trees. Competition can't touch his prices. 2 over power lines and 3 over my house. Scheduled a day and arrived on time. Removed the trees and brush. Grinded down the stumps. My yard looks beautiful and will be having him back to remove some more trees that are a concern. Highly recommended to whoever needs tree work without the upsell approach. Kelly Avery Tree Service has truly disappointed us. They were rapid in response to provide an estimate and start the work; however, after being paid in full, it is over a month and they have failed to remove the tree stumps from our yard. Multiple calls, texts, calls, left messages and they have not responded. Beware!
I'm not someone that leaves a five star review unless I really think a company deserves it. From beginning to end, Avery delivered. Their quote was reasonable, their service was awesome and the entire experience from beginning to end was excellent! We got a number of quotes and spoke with a lot of people before we made a decision and we are so pleased with the job they did from start to finish.
