Went to Avery Tire to get a flat tire checked and repaired. After a thorough inspection when nothing could be found wrong with the tire, they changed it back onto the car and reinstalled the spare under the car. There was no charge for this service! This was the first time I had visited this shop. They have a new customer now!!
Went to get alignment done on my truck and asked to speak to alignment tech before he worked on it and he would not come out to speak to me. He had a very poor attitude so needless to say they did not get my business. Somebody working with the general public and having that piss poor attitude should be fired no matter how good of a job they do plan and simple. Very disappointed, but the ladies at the front desk were very nice wasn't there fault they have a bad employee but something should be done.
Wonderful, community- minded folks who have continually supported HCCF in its efforts to help Avery and Watauga county family caregivers.
I have been getting work done here for 25 yrs. . They have always taken good care of my cars.
