Kevin, the property manager is very communicative and a small business owner, not a corporation and all the issues come along with that. Maintenance was always completed in a timely manner, and the property itself was in good shape. Being that the rent is very reasonably priced, it can invite some questionable characters here and there but regardless of where you go. As for the owner, management, the property itself, it was a great experience.
This place is a part of Addison Point Apartments, which is the main facility that you will use, it is almost a mile away from Addison. They have washer/dryer connections, and cable is included. Only the first floor apartments have patios. Downside about the first floor are the spiders and bugs that come from the outside. I think for the space the apartment is overpriced but it's nice and comfy. Maintenance is pretty quick to fix any problems and so are the people at the office.
