I am beside myself with this company! George came out to my home two weeks ago to look at a leak in our soft water system. He was great and located the serial number and called his plumbing supply to find out that it was under warranty for another 3 years for which I was happy to hear. He called the manufacturer and said he ordered the parts necessary to fix the problem and would keep up on it and get back to me with a time to come out and fix it. Avery Plumbing was quick to respond to our needs and came the same day. We had a terrible odor from our master bathroom, I thought the smell of gas and he found that our shower drain wasn't properly installed with a trap. The job was done at a reasonable price with excellent customer service!
Excellent service! The plumbers are very knowledgeable. George was quick to resolve the issue with my water heater. Staff was pleasant. My issue was resolved quickly.
