I rented a 2bd 1 bath Apartment for my family after losing my job as it was all I could afford. We lived in this apartment for 6 months. Within that timeframe my husband had a motorcycle accident losing his left leg. The apartment was way too small to accommodate him with all the new equipment he would require. They never fix anything. The girl in the office Dominic is a hood rat that has no customer service skills. There are shootings, Domestic Violence, leaking roofs, evictions for no valid reasons, car break ins, and a profanity speaking girl in the office. Shut this place down.

Complaint Description: Discrimination, Negligent, Unprofessional, Unknowledgeable, Dishonest, Rude, Dis-Respectful, Deceptive & Irresponsible, during application process and placement. My mother has live at The Village of Alton park in Chatt for a lip over 10 yrs. An although she didn't get the unit she needed she settled. An was moderitly comfertable. Since she told me she was on a list for the unit she need, I moved in an arranged the living rm as a bed rm so she didn't have go up stairs. She Caint walk with out a Cain. My lease ended in February but because my apartment is so terrible they preferred to transfer me instead of repairing or renewing. Today is September 25 and I still haven’t transferred. Haven’t even seen another apartment. Every time they schedule a tour with me it’s “oops someone new already moved into it” or “I’m waiting for someone”.
