I have seen Dr. Katz several times and found him to be very professional, friendly, and explains everything he is doing and why. As a medical professional I was extremely impressed and have referred people to him. It is somewhat difficult to make appointments and get through scheduling but that is not his doing. He is a caring provider.
He is honest and focus on the facts Think about what a prospective patient would want to know. he is very friendly he is very knowledgeable I do trust everything he is telling me about my health
He listened, didn't interrupt and was very compassionate with my husband's problem. Unlike other doctors who rush you in and out
Office staff is horrible. I was lucky enough to actually have someone answer the phone, was on hold for 24 minutes then they hung up. Was having a relapse and because I couldn't get in touch even after leaving several voicemails I ended up in ER twice. Dr said office will make appt for next day. They never did. Found a new Dr. Because of delayed treatment, very little use of my hand. I highly recommend you research other doctors to treat you.
I'm dealing with Lupus from 6 years with a horrible migraines, tingling, numbness in my arms; always in horrible pain I saw different doctors include different neurologist as well I saw finally Dr. Katz and with his diagnostic and 2 meds my migraines are in control together with the rest of the sickness I still have my flares but not like I use to have it Always thankful /R. Dr. Katz is a terrific Doctor. Very knowledgeable and caring. Thanks to him I am fully recovered from a stroke last June. He has also been very helpful in referring me to other excellent Doctors who have also been pivotal in my recovery.
can never get in touch with the office. office staff rude, phone rings and rings they finally answer put you on hold for over a half hour. Dr. has no bed side manner what so ever makes you wait over a hour to be seen. I do not recommend this Dr. at all.
I have been dealing with Dr. Katz for a couple of years now and to be honest I am very impressed with him. He listens to the issues and does not make me feel like he is rushing me out the door. Because of that and his determination we have made great strides in my treatment. I would very much recommend him.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any of my doctors. I have had multiple appointments here and I have always been early. However I usually have to wait at least 45 minutes before I am seen if not longer. Finally Dr. Katz will only see me for about 5 minutes before he sends me out of his office without hearing about any concerns that I have about my medication or future. I would highly recommend finding a different doctor to go to.
