$839 and the AC still does not cool. Don’t be deceived by Avery Heating and Cooling the way I was. Get a written estimate. They threw out numbers in conversation leading me to believe it would cost around $400 but they didn’t write anything down. When the technician came back, he explained there was another customer that the sealant failed to repair. Why not explain that before recommending the sealant? Don’t let Avery Heating and Cooling deceive you.
