To actually pick up a phone & tell a person their glasses are ready. I ordered SUNglasses in December,was told they would call when they were ready—in probably 2 weeks. Paid for them & left expecting them to call as they said they would.FOUR weeks later I CALLED THEM. Was told my sunglasses were ready & I could come & get them. When I went,they had regular glasses,not SUNGLASSES that I had ordered/paid for. Best eye doctor when I lived in BG! I was legally blind and he put me in experimental contacts that he was helping to develop and worked wonderfully. He only continued to get better! Made a tremendous difference in my life!

Been coming to Dr Avery for several years. He's very thorough and I'm so happy he was able to fit me with soft lenses as bad as my eyes are and astigmatism. His staff is great too!
