I came in to have a filling done and unfortunately it wasn’t done properly. The work wasn’t performed by the actual dentist not by the owner(lady) or the new man doctor…but by one of the staff members (possibly a trainee… idk), the pain still exist as if it was never done. When I called back to explain the issue and ask for it to be redone, I didn’t get the sense that anyone took my concern seriously.
