I am currently a resident at this place. Where do I begin? When I first moved here I was promised a washer and dryer, 2 years later and that still has not happened. When I brought it up, the property manager said I needed to buy my own and install it. The property manager, and her husband, who is the “maintenance man”…. tend to promise things they can’t uphold so you have to make sure you get what they say in actual writing or text message.
