It’s definitely not worth the price living here even if you get first month off because you can find a safer and luxurious place for lower or same price. expect an extra $300-$400 each month for utilities, water, sewer, trash, process fee and pest control. Very nice places! Vanessa and Laurie are two great office managers and whom are quick to respond to questions or concerns! Very quiet and well kept!
2-3k to live in middle-of-nowhere Brentwood on the very outskirts of the Bay Area? And the apartments are dated? No thank you. Plus right across the street from Liberty HS where there are constant fights, shootings and robberies in the area.. Can't begin to imagine how they justify these rent prices.
