This is so bizarre! No one picks up phone even during office hours. I called multiple times at different hours and absolutely no response. The same number is for residents also, which means if one rents here, there is no one with whom you can talk in person.

It’s definitely not worth the price living here even if you get first month off because you can find a safer and luxurious place for lower or same price. expect an extra $300-$400 each month for utilities, water, sewer, trash, process fee and pest control. Your rent will be raised $10% after your first contract expires even though they will list the exact unit at the same or lower price available than you have in your current contract so it’s definitely not worth it for long term and there is no loyalty at all. Very nice places! Vanessa and Laurie are two great office managers and whom are quick to respond to questions or concerns! Very quiet and well kept!

2-3k to live in middle-of-nowhere Brentwood on the very outskirts of the Bay Area? And the apartments are dated? No thank you. Plus right across the street from Liberty HS where there are constant fights, shootings and robberies in the area.. Can't begin to imagine how they justify these rent prices.
