Every experience I’ve had with Avery Animal Hospital has been wonderful. From their patience when I called a million times about our aging dog’s issues to Dr. Vesper’s never-ending compassion and calmness on one of our worst days, we couldn’t be more thankful to feel like a part of their family. I’d recommend them over and over again to anyone. Each doctor and tech we’ve seen as well as front desk staff is spectacular.
Avery continues to impress me. Went today and their vets and techs are outside on this beautiful day greeting their furry patients. I got to overhear many conversations. The level of knowledge, care, and attention was outstanding in every interaction I heard. True of my personal experiences here over the years; but was great to see across the board. This truly is a place where you will receive the very best care for your beloved furry family member.
We’ve always had a great experience here! Just tonight Dr. Violi spent time with us and we didn’t feel rushed with all our new puppy questions. We were his last appointment and I’m sure he was ready to go home - but he answered all our ?s. Also, very pleased they give an adopt-a-pet discount for the first visit. That was much appreciated and a good surprise!
I don't know how they do it. I respect all of their vets knowledge, compassion and advice. Their support staff is also so compassionate and kind. I would recommend them to first pet owners and to people who have animal experience and medical background. They are able to meet all of our needs. Dr. Vesper has done it again. I have two heart dogs, one 12 yrs who is nearing the end of her life and just hit another stage in her heart disease. I saw him on Monday for her. I have probably been going to Avery for almost 30 years with my dogs. I couldn't be happier with the people there. I have primarily seen Dr. Vesper all that time - but happy with the others that have taken care of my 'guys' during those years.
Avery Animal Hospital has been my go to for my Aussies for many years. Dr. Fletcher has always been amazing with them! Extra shout out to the amazing staff and doctors working during these trying times. My dog woke up this morning with a swollen face and when I rules out an allergic reaction, Dr. Huschart was able to get us in quickly this afternoon for an exam and some antibiotics for a probable cracked and infected tooth.
