I have no complaints. Dr. Arora performed what I considered to be a thorough physical exam for me on my first visit date. He is approachable, and I appreciate a surgeon who wants to explore nonsurgical options. The office staff also is friendly and helpful. I had a bit of a wait time for my appt. but this does not bother me. I would rather know that every patient gets the time he/she should get with their doctor and I feel that Dr. Arora provides this.
