Horrible after sales service
The unit was delivered after 2 years from promised date and build quality is worst. Wish I could a negative rating
The worst builder I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing the work of. I cannot believe how poorly constructed these houses are, in particular, the townhouses. They clearly were focused solely on profits at the time of original construction and seemingly cut every corner imaginable. SO many cheap materials and countless large gaps where they shouldn't be. Totally dissatisfied with the purchase from this Builder. Long wait of construction and closing cost money. Now we're paying rent to them which is higher than a rental price...when is the final closing gonna be??? Please look into this. The only consolation is the service of Anthony and Cliff!
Bad experience in closing a condo at palace st. Kitchener, tons of issues for a new build, cheap materials and bad craftsmanship. I’m closing phase, the builder charged me 10k of property taxes in advance so they can invest it and I stay out of pocket. Their interest rate was very high during occupancy compared to other builders at the same time period, and they have not paid their utilities while building the unit and got it transferred to me!!! I would not deal with them ever again.
