I had the Kahuna massage, it was probably the most nurturing beautiful massage I have ever had it was sooooo healing. Sharna was so respectful and understanding, so yup feel safe with her very skilled hands and technique. she targeted and found all my areas of concern while giving an all over very indulgent massage. Sharna was so lovely and explained everything about the therapy, and her movements well. She is very knowledgeable and took into account injuries and concerns. The studio was peaceful and the myofascial stretch therapy session left me feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated. I felt as though my muscles could relax and unlock, as if I could sit and stand taller and more comfortably by the end of the session. Already booked my next session. Thanks so much
