regulars We love going to aversanoes, whoever said the salad bar was bad, I dont know what they were thinking, theyve got everything you could think of, plus pasta salads, potato salads, bean salads, and pea salad all at the salad bar. The menu is awesome! Try the sauteed cheese tortellini, or the pasta roll. YUM!
I like it My family and I like going to Aversano's because the menu is really reasonable, and it's not one of those restaurants that you have to keep your kids hushed. If they're talking you most likely won't notice because the music is playing and there are always a lot of people chatting in there. One of my favorite things to get there is the Italian sandwich. Good Pizza While their pizza is quite good, I'm not sure it's worth the price. It seems like every time we go in there, they've raised their prices again! This has to be the most expensive italian/pizza eaterly around. The servers are generally good, it really depends on who you get. Would not go on a weekend evening, it is not worth the wait! But if you can squeeze in on one of their less crowded nights, then go!
Happy Mom I'm from the East Coast. Real nice to find a place that has that old time feel. Lots of old decor, really get the feel of a friendly old time Restaurant when you walk in. We had a large pizza with all the toppings...the best since moving out here. My Mom tried the spaghetti and meatballs. That's always the test..Very good!! We'll come back again and again. Great place for a large group Pizza and beer galore! Pasta is great too. Open salad bar and comfortable seating make it a very relaxing place to enjoy a lunch or dinner. There is enough seating for a group to share a meal together. Cost is in proportion to the menu choices. The only concern I've had is the open kitchen area where I see staff coming and going without care to using gloves, hair nets, etc. I worry a little about handling of the food in the back.
