Very helpful, answered my questions. I was running behind with my last load of scrap for the day, but they still got me taken care of. Lot is well taken care of. Don't worry about flat tires like some other places.
After years of them picking up scrap metal from us, they recently picked up and told us that they would have to bring back an empty bin for us. Well that was 4 weeks ago. We've called once a week and asked if they had forgotten. They apologized and we'll bring one tomorrow each time. Today I had my assistant call and ask again. She was told he was busy and don't call back and find someone else to pick up your scrap. Wow rude and ignorant.
