We rented a home from Averis property management for one year. When we vacated we had the carpets cleaned and someone clean the house. We hired a company off of Facebook and we thought they had done a really good job. You could tell it was clean by the pictures of when we moved in versus the pictures when we moved out. My first impression of Randal was good. He seemed well put together, honest and thorough. He assured me that he had many happy clients, and rarely had problems getting along with people.
