Didn’t use the firm. Based on my first interaction - a return call from an inquiry I made for a consult. No professionalism, attitude when I asked who was calling me as I called several attorneys and wasn’t sure which office was calling me back. First impressions are everything and their customer service was not friendly or welcoming. I can’t imagine an office with that kind of attitude representing me. I hope the attorney is nothing like his front desk.
Philip the Lawyer was prompt, guided me correctly and helped me resolve my driving case fairly. I am a CDL driver and this was very important to me!
Go with a public defender, we are 0 for 2. He refused to discuss my son’s case prior to hearing and gave us 2 min in the back of the court to discuss. He was sent away but there was no evidence of test. My son lost a year of his life because of lack of legal representation. I tried contacting him multiple times on cell phone and email with no return communication.
Mr. Averbuck is my go-to lawyer. He handled my traffic ticket without my having to worry about it at all. His assistant Joeann communicated with me through every step of the process. Adjudication was withheld and the fine was reasonable.
He helped me navigate through false allegations. He answered all my questions, and took the time to listen to me. Thank you
