This company installed a new garage door spring on a single 8’ garage door. Total was $250 for the job. 2 weeks later the spring they supplied and installed broke. They came out and replaced the spring but charged me an additional $200 for the labor. While the service was prompt be aware if any parts they supply break they will still be charging you additional labor.

Joe did some work on my neighbor's property last week and I happened to be there hanging out at the time. He clearly was knowledgeable in his field, was genuinely happy, and did a good job. I told him that if I ever had any issues he would be the first call I made. Little did I know, I'd be calling as soon as I did. My garage door broke yesterday and Joe took my call after 6 p.m. and told me that he would be at my house this morning. Garage door broke 1st thing in the morning, called in the afternoon and was able to come by and check it out a few hours later. Explained to us what happened, was very honest about how basic of a garage door we had and got us some upgraded parts the next day. Very polite, not bad on prices, will use him again!

Called for a repair and he showed up within 2 hours and fixed my garage door quick. Excellent service, would definitely recommend.

Had him come out to fix my garage door. He quoted me $160 to do the repairs and replace a broken window. Came back and fixed the door great but charged me $250. Then said that the glass for the window was cut wrong and he would come back in a few days to fix it. That was almost a month ago and when I have called to ask when he was coming back he just made excuses.
