Matthew was great and super helpful! I "gently" stepped on my laptop and damaged my keyboard. He was able to source a replacement and get it back up and running in no time. Don't waste money on a new device when there's a good change it can be repaired for a reasonable price.

I came into the shop needing a quick fix on the fly. Matt was able to diagnose the issue with my GPU and get the new one installed in a hurry. The extremely reasonable rate was a nice bonus! If you're in the area and need help with your PC, he's your guy.
Well above average, and no Joe in sight. Matthew was about to leave for the day when I got there on a Friday with my dead laptop, but he took a moment to take a look. That in itself was a great courtesy, and I would have been happy to come back the next day. Then he said what the heck, he could fix it right then. Took about 20 minutes. So friendly and professional. I highly recommend Average Joe, aka Matthew the Computer Whisperer.
