Pharmacy Staff billed my insurance for medicine I never recieved. They lost my medicine in the mail. Now I have to wait a month before I cant get it filled because my insurance thinks I have 30 days of it. The medication is important and I wish I didn't need it. Upon trying to resolve the issue myself, Avera Customer service for mychart seems boggled because they just switched systems.
